Roasted Brussel sprouts
This is one of my fav easiest side dishes
2cups Brussel sprouts halved
5-7 small whole carrots
1/2tsp salt and black pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp chilli flakes
11/2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp maple syrup
2-3tbsp balsamic vinegar
4tbsp mayonnaise or greek yogurt
Pomegranate for garnishing-optional
Toss the Brussel sprouts and carrots with olive oil salt pepper and chilli flakes
Roast at 400 for 8-12 minutes till slightly charred
In a pan on stove add maple syrup and balsamic and add Brussel sprouts and carrots cook on high for 1-2 minutes till sauce thickens
In the serving plate spread mayonnaise or thick greek yogurt and add the warm Veggies with the sauce
Add pomegranate if u wish To garnish
