Crispy parmesan meatballs
Simple ,easy dinner tonight!!
These are crispy from outside soft from inside, use any meat you like
I like to serve them on top of sauce as I like the crispiness , but you can add them into the sauce as traditional recipes
The key to crispy texture is unfortunately bread crumbs so all my low carb friends🤷🏻♀️
I made the sauce as well but you can use any good store-bought marina,today i experimented with jalapeño and habanero in the sauce and it was delicious!!

650 gram ground veal
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
2tbsp dried parsley
1tbsp dried basil, use fresh if u have
1tbsp dried oregano
1tsp red chilli flakes
2tbs olive oil
1 egg
2 tbsp oil for cooking
Cooked pasta of choice
Fresh parsley,basil and Parmesan to garnish
2 cups bottled or home made marinara
Mix everything in a bowl and let rest 15 minutes
Make into balls and pan /shallow fry till browned all sides and cooked
Keep in warm oven while you boil your pasta
Plate pasta pour sauce over it and then meat balls on top and garnish with fresh parsley ,basil and more parmesan
