Cheesy tomato basil pasta

Creamy cheesy goodness😋

• 1package fettuccine boiled as per directions and add some oil and keep covered in its pot

• 1cup mozzarella

• 1/4 cup feta

• 1/3cup parmesan

• 1/4 -1/2 cup cheddar

• Sun-dried tomatoes 8-10 diced

• 1 cup basil pesto

• 21/2 cups or one jar marinara sauce

• 2tsp chipotle paste

• 1/2tsp red chilli flakes

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1tbsp butter

• 1/2 cup cream or coconut milk i used mix of both

• 11/2 cup cherry tomatoes

• 1/2cup basil leaves

• Pre heat oven to 375

• Use a skillet that is stove and oven safe

• Heat it on stove add butter marinara and sundried tomatoes ,then all spices,chipotle paste ,cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and basil pesto, i removed some before adding pesto as ibrahim is allergic to nuts

• Cook and add cream ,when sauce thickens add pasta and mix everything

• Add feta and mozzarella on top

• Bake for 15 minutes

• Once done add fresh cherry tomatoes and basil leaves
