Cardamom berry cinnamon rolls

Cardamom ,berry cinnamon rolls


- [ ] 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- [ ] 1/4 cup sugar,

- [ ] 1 tspsea salt

- [ ] 1 package instant yeast or21/4 tsp

- [ ] 1/3 cup or 6tbsp cold butter, cut into small cubes

- [ ] ½ Cup milk at room temperature

- [ ] 2 eggs

- [ ] 1 tsp vanilla extract

- [ ] 2 Cups fresh or frozen berries i used blueberries and raspberries

- [ ] 2tsp cardamom powder

- [ ] 4tbsp white sugar

- [ ] 4tbsp brown sugar

- [ ] 1tsp cinnamon powder(mix these last four ingredients in a bowl)set aside

For glaze:

- [ ] 1/2 cup cream cheese at room temperature

- [ ] 2tbsp milk

- [ ] 1tsp confectioners sugar,use more if u want more sweet glaze

Process:

- [ ] Mix flour ,yeast,salt 1/3 cup sugar,and butter ,use hands to make it crumbly

- [ ] Then i just added milk,eggs and vanilla and make q soft fough with hand or in stand mixer

- [ ] Cover and let stand in warm place 11/2-2 hours to rise

- [ ] Then roll it into a big rectangle

- [ ] Sprinkle the sugar and cardamom mix , all over it then spread the fruit

- [ ] Roll it into a log and cut it into 12 pieces

- [ ] Cover and let rise another 45-60 minutes

- [ ] Preheat oven to 350

- [ ] Cook time may vary from 25-35 minutes

- [ ] Once puffed and slightly brown remove from oven and let cool

- [ ] Make glaze by mixing milk into cheese till smooth add sugar

- [ ] Glaze it over the rolls and

enjoy with more fresh berries on side if desired!
